Highlights of the Traditional Farmhouse

This project has been one of my favorites since 2016 when I started working with these amazing clients.

Our first project was the dormer over the garage to create a master bedroom, bath, closet, and office. The second project was a major renovation of the kitchen, dining room, and mudroom. The talented homeowner acting as a general contractor on both of these significant projects. The third project was a little more complex with building a roof over the front entry, installing all new windows in the family room gable wall, building two large dormers on the back main roof to create a second-floor living space and an additional bedroom. The landscaping was done by Hales Landscaping is puts an exclamation point on this project.

The materials were classic whites, greys, and neutrals with oak wood elements. On the exterior of the gable wall is easter white cedar shingles mixed with painted cedar clapboards.

These homeowners knew what they are looking for and their vision was always on point. My job was just to help them translate their vision into reality and what a joy.
